Is your café wheelchair accessible?
The café is also wheelchair accessible – however, the entrance door may not be wide enough for larger wheelchairs. There is space between the tables.
Are pets allowed in the cafe?
Dogs and other pets are allowed to enter the premises when accompanied by an adult. We will provide a bowl of water for pets, but they are not allowed to run around freely inside or jump on the guest chairs.
Do you sell desserts?
Yes, we offer a variety of fresh pastries and desserts from several suppliers in the Ostrava region – the menu changes. You can also take your orders with you.
Are you serving something to eat?
We offer small snacks such as croissants or desserts. We don’t have a kitchen, but you can always find something to eat.
Is there Wi-Fi access in the cafe?
Yes, high-quality WI-Fi access is free for the guests. The password is available from the Mcoffee staff.
Do you accept payment cards?
Yes, we accept card payments and other contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, payment rings).
Do you have outdoor seating?
Yes, we have a pleasant south-facing front garden, shaded by awnings. It is open from mid-April to the end of October. Smokers are welcome there. The interior of the café is air-conditioned and non-smoking (with the exception of e-cigarettes).
Do you serve beer?
Yes, we have a unique mini-bar called Barnie and we serve Pilsner Urquell. Non-alcoholic beer is available in cans, according to the current offer.
